Jira Markdown Export processes your Jira ticket data entirely on your device. We do not collect, store, or transmit ticket content to our servers.

When you use this extension on Jira Cloud, it reads ticket content from pages and APIs on
*.atlassian.net that you already have open. That content is converted to Markdown
locally in your browser. It is not uploaded to the developer’s servers.
Export timestamps (free tier counter) are stored in chrome.storage.local on your
device until pruned (older than 24 hours) or you uninstall the extension.
