Five things in motion.

A sports tournament scheduling platform, an AI-native support tool, a browser extension for developers, a product honoring fair play in sports, and a farm. Different surfaces, one builder, all shipping under the Mantichor flag.

RefSquare

Live Multi-tenant SaaS Built with Claude Code

RefSquare natively combines tournament management with referee assignment, a handoff the rest of the market splits into two tools that hate talking to each other. At its core is a constraint-solving engine that schedules hundreds of games and assigns the right official to each in under a second, wrapped in the day-to-day workflow tournament directors actually run.

It is also a thesis made real: developed almost exclusively with Claude Code, RefSquare is proof that AI produces quality applications when an experienced human steers. Soccer first, volleyball next.

The RefSquare Fair Play Card: a white card with a gold border, the RefSquare wordmark, a QR code, and the label FAIR PLAY CARD.

The White Card

Live Physical product

Borrowed from Portuguese football and reimagined for US youth soccer: a small gold-foil card a referee hands a player after a moment of fair play. Not a sanction, not part of the Laws of the Game, just a keepsake that says someone noticed. The back carries a QR code so a parent who scans it understands the gesture.

It is the smallest possible expression of why RefSquare exists, to make the referee ecosystem healthier for everyone on the field and the sideline.

Intake

Beta Open source Self-hostable

An open-source, self-hostable feedback and support intake system built around a real conversation instead of a dumb form. An embeddable widget runs a short AI-powered triage with the user, captures context, and hands a structured ticket to a single-binary Go relay, which classifies and routes it into Chatwoot, Linear, Zendesk, Fider, or any webhook.

Pluggable LLM providers, including fully offline Ollama, with privacy-first defaults: no telemetry, no phone-home, your data stays yours.

The Jira Markdown Export extension popup: a detected ticket, a format selector, and a blue Copy as Markdown button.

Jira Markdown Export

Live Chrome extension Developer tool

One click turns any Jira ticket into clean Markdown, the chore developers currently solve by opening DevTools to escape Jira’s broken copy-paste. It converts Atlassian Document Format properly and ships format presets tuned for exactly where you are pasting: Slack, a GitHub PR, a standup note, or Notion.

Single-ticket export is free; bulk export from boards and custom templates are the paid tier. Nothing ever leaves the device.

Whispering Harvest

Live Farm & wedding venue Passion project

A self-sustaining farm and wedding venue in Southern Illinois, set on rolling hills and meadows under the tagline “where nature’s whispers inspire.” The grounds host weddings and events designed to be remembered, while the working farm offers hands-on, nature-first experiences for the people who visit.

It is Pete’s passion project rather than a technology play, though plenty of technology runs quietly behind the scenes. The focus here is the land, the harvest, and the celebrations it hosts.
